Haldwani: The biggest season of Legends League Cricket so far is set to begin from Haldwani. The announcement was made by Legends League Cricket on Saturday. The city is ready to script history, as it will host the opening phase of the largest season in the league’s history.

On March 11, 12, and 14, the city will host three high-profile matches, marking a grand curtain-raiser for this historic season. After this, matches will be held in four other cities, with 16 more games scheduled.

During a press conference, Co-Founder Raman Raheja said that cricket legends from 11 countries will take the field in the opening matches in Haldwani. Fans will once again get to relive intense rivalries and memorable moments. The matches will feature stars such as Suresh Raina, Sreesanth, Irfan Pathan, along with global names like Carlos Brathwaite, Thisara Perera, Asghar Afghan, and several other former international stars.

He stated, “The opening matches of our biggest season so far will be held in Haldwani. Our vision is to take top-quality cricket to cities across the country that have previously been deprived of such major sporting events. Legends League Cricket is about honoring the legacy of the game and bringing cricket fans closer to their heroes. With players from 11 countries and a truly global broadcast footprint, this season will take the league to a new level.”

It was further stated that Legends League Cricket will be broadcast in over 100 countries, ensuring global reach. International coverage will be available in English, while cricket fans in India will be able to watch the league across 13 channels in 11 languages. This season is expected to significantly enhance the league’s global presence and prestige.
